Family thanks all for support

To the Editor:

Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers about our daughter, Harmony Payne.

For those of you that don't remember, Harmony was born with a heart defect that required open heart surgery.

We held a benefit for her in May and it was a success. Thank you to everyone that donated, came, and helped out.

It means so much to us and Harmony.

She had lots of fun meeting all the new people and all the attention. She had a good day.

Well, June 22, Harmony had her surgery and she did great. It took about six hours or so and she wasn't on a breathing machine afterward like they thought she would be and they didn't have to do as much as they thought they would have to.

She is doing great. She's in her own room now and there looking at Friday or Saturday for her to be able to come home.
