Are you an adult age 55 or older with an ongoing health condition? Are you a caregiver of someone living with an ongoing health condition? Attend the Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions Workshop and you will get the support you need, find practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue, discover better nutrition and exercise choices, and learn better ways to talk with your doctor and family about your health. Area 7 Agency on Aging and Disabled staff have been trained and licensed by Stanford University to offer this community course dealing with Chronic Disease Self Management. The course is also open to friends, caregivers or relatives of persons with chronic diseases. Adults over 18 can benefit from the skills taught in this workshop.
