Letter to the Editor

Hospital care was top-notch

Sunday, March 27, 2011

To the Editor:

I am writing this letter on behalf of my wife, who recently was an outpatient at St. Vincent Clay Hospital.

We want to compliment the wonderful caregivers and Dr. Stephens, who attended to my wife while she was there.

We also want to thank caregivers Robin F., Robby Clarke, Shirley J., Kim H., Jodi W., Jamie W., Bev S. and Jess C.

Of course, we want to thank Sandy Haggart, RN, Jamie Webster, RN, and Jerry Laue, Administrator.

All these people did a great job and we can't forget Dr. Houston.

Last, but not least, we want to thank my brother-in-law, Herb Walton, and sister-in-law, Jane Walton, and cousin Shirley Sanders.

They did a great job in seeing that my wife Alice got to both the hospital and Dr. Houston.

I also hope that people got to celebrate St. Pat's Day with their corned beef and cabbage and soda bread and maybe some green beer.

That is, unless you don't like green beer or regular.

Until next time, if you can't be nice to everyone, be nice to someone.

John and Alice Weddle and Snow Ellen,

Brazil
