Picking through another's trash?

To the Editor:

It's bad when you set your trash out to be picked up by the city, and you find people stopping and digging (shopping) through the trash.

First, it isn't yours, so leave it alone. Second, you don't even pick up the trash after you take what you wanted.

Get a real job and quit making it harder for everyone else.

People picking up the trash, you trashed.
