Resident thanks family for help

To the Editor:

Sunday evening, around 6:30-6:45 p.m., Feb. 5, a deer jumped from a ditch just north of Shuees.

It hit the passenger side and front door.

The damage was extensive, but I was not hurt and the car was drivable.

A very nice lady and her two teenagers followed me onto Shuees lot.

They immediately checked to see if I was all right and then the car.

She called 911 and the policeman came right away.

They were very courteous and got me on my way. They also checked the deer.

The lady and her teenagers could not have been more kind.

They offered to drive me home or follow me home.

Through all this, I never got their names.

I want them to know how much I appreciate them.

It is so good to know what thoughtful people we have in our area.

Thank you. I wish I knew your name.

Sincerely,

Louise Fagg,

Brazil
