To the Editor:

The Wabash Valley Right to Life board would like to thank all the volunteers and others who made our second annual dinner possible. The support of our underwriters allowed us to invite Dr. Alveda King to speak at our dinner.

Our underwriters include Mr. and Mrs. Robert Baesler, James and Christine Bopp, Barry and Carole Bostrom, Bunch Nurseries, Inc., Business Advantage Systems and Networks, Inc., Bill and Ann Coker, Ryan and Mary Ruth Cummins, Drs. Pablito and Maria Lily Dela Cruz, M.D., Bill and Marty Dunbar, Mr. and Mrs. Mark J. Fuson, Tom and Liz Gawlick, Judy Joseph, ERA Realtors, J. Michael Lucas, JD, CPA, HUX Oil Corp., Tom and Sandra McBroom, Gregory and Reva Roth, Simple to Elegant, Sycamore Farm, Wabash Clay Custom Meats, Inc., Pat and Mickey Walker, Dr. Lorre Webb, D.D.S., Dr. John and Ann Welch, and David and Mary Lou Wolf.

Donations from the dinner help to support the Indiana Right to Life Educational Trust Fund for the Urban Outreach program, which address Indiana's disproportionately high abortion rate in the urban community; Wabash Valley Right to Life Education Fund to support a joint media project with the Crisis Pregnancy Centers of the Wabash Valley; and Indiana Right to Life Political Action Committee to support pro-life candidates for the Indiana Senate and House.

We would also like to thank Simply Decadent for the wonderful meal and the students from John Paul II Catholic High, Terre Haute North, and ISU who graciously volunteered to serve our guests.
