To the Editor:

I would like to take this opportunity to say "thank you" to the emergency personnel and the professionals at (St. Vincent Clay) Hospital (especially her nurse, Susan) for the excellent treatment our daughter received after her accident on Kennedy's Crossing on Jan. 18.

Also thanks to the "nameless" lady and her son who stayed with Stephanie until after she was extricated from her vehicle and loaded into the ambulance.

To all of you, we will be eternally grateful, but most of all, we know that God was her co-pilot that morning and we are "humbly grateful."

To those of you who have seen her vehicle and her injuries (no stitches and no broken bones), you will surely understand why. She truly is a miracle. I would also like to say thank you for the sand that has been put on the hill at Hendricks and Kennedy's Crossing and all the way to Northview twice since her accident.

There have been too many mishaps on that stretch of road and anything that can be done, should be.

Thanks, again, to all of you.

Teresa Bechtel,

Brazil
