Still no progress on water problems

To the Editor:

Wednesday, June 8, 2011. Well, it's almost another month and nothing is done to our water problem in B.P., commonly known as Brazil. I'll explain about the B.P. later.

Somebody needs to go down in manholes and see what is wrong and where, or use a camera.

You all downtown know the problem, just don't want to fix it.

You can get a government grant if it weren't for the B.P.
