Christmas Youth Food Distribution Project

On Thursday 300 volunteers gathered at the Clay County Fairgrounds and distributed two weeks worth of food to 400 children in 146 families thanks to a $15,000 grant from Duke Energy. They also distributed 500 Christmas stockings to children who probably wouldn't receive any toys this year in Brazil. The stockings were provided by French Funeral Home and filled by local residents.
