Cutline: Tyler Osika received a black belt in Tae Kwon Do from Minton's ATA Black Belt Academy in Terre Haute. Tyler, 8, is one of the youngest students to receive a black belt from Minton's. Moreau honored for homeless work

D. William Moreau Jr., of Indianapolis, son of Don Moreau, of Center Point, has been honored by the Points of Light organization. He was honored with the Daily Points of Light award.
