Lice problem has inmates buggy

Mary Litz became upset when her niece, an inmate at the Clay County Jail, called her concerning a problem that has the entire cell block itching to get out. "They're infested with lice," Litz said. "It's a big problem." Her niece, Brandi J. Moran, 24, has been jailed since Jan. 30. She was arrested by city police on charges of resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended.
