School board considers employee sick day policy

The Clay Community Schools Corporation budget concerns school board members as they make decisions for the next school year. One item, tabled for the second time, was the superintendent's recommendation to transfer sick day accumulation. After Northview Principal Ken Wallace and North Clay Middle School Principal Greg Linton were employed, the board agreed to allow the transfer of accumulated sick days from their previous employment to Clay Community Schools at the Sept. 12 board meeting...
