Zachary D. Hyde, 32, of 909 S. Leavitt St., was arrested and charged Saturday with the crimes of manufacturing and possession of methamphetamine and possession of precursors. According to Brazil Police Chief Terry Harrison, at 2:10 p.m. Saturday, the department received a complaint of a strong odor coming from the area of 904 S. Leavitt.
