Brazil City Narcotics Investigator Anthony Hapenny found drugs about 5 p.m. Friday at 401 Ringo Drive in the Edgewood addition. Arrested were Penny Jane Meeks, 40, for dealing in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and resisting law enforcement.
