Rockville child struck by motorcycle

A seven-year-old boy from Rockville was struck by a legally blind man on a motorcycle Sunday afternoon. The boy, whose name was not released, was riding his bicycle on E. CR 875, two miles north of SR 36. James C. Harris, 33, of Rockville, was travelling on a 1985 Suzuki 123 motorcycle when he struck the boy.
