Charles Wesley Lybarger, 91, of Terre Haute, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2005, in Union Hospital. He was born March 9, 1914 in Brazil, IN, to William E. Lybarger and Maude Cagle Lybarger. His wife of 66 years, Kathryn "Katie" Rhoden Lybarger whom he married on March 28, 1939, preceded him in death on May 29, 2005.
