Around 9:25 p.m., dispatchers at the Clay County Justice Center were notified of a two-vehicle accident involving three unidentified juveniles near the intersection of County Road 950 North and Kennedy Crossing Road. At this time, officials believe a northbound vehicle collided with a westbound vehicle, but it is unclear exactly how the accident occurred. ...
