Grant to help improve narcotics enforcement

The Clay County Commissioners held a special meeting Monday morning, in part, to approve a grant from the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute. Clay County Sheriff Mike Heaton was at the meeting to explain the Advanced Criminal Enforcement Grant. "This grant allows for increased patrol," Heaton said.
