William S. Latham, 82, Staunton, died Friday, Feb. 15, 2008, at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born Oct. 30, 1925, as the son of Oscar and Grace Siner Latham. During World War II he served in the U.S. Navy until his Honorable Discharge April 18, 1946, as a Seaman First Class. He then served in the U.S. Naval Reserve from 1947-1955.
