Another person is falsifying who they are. In recent weeks, a man has been going to various residences claiming to be an employee of the Clay County Humane Shelter, but he is not. "We got a call from a woman on Knight Street saying the man threatened to take her dog, which just had puppies the day before, if she did not move them inside," Brazil Mayor Ann Bradshaw said.
