Indy man arrested for death threats

An Indianapolis man was taken into custody Friday afternoon and booked into the Clay County Justice Center after threatening to kill several residents and local public officials, including a judge and an attorney. According to Clay County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Jason Frazier, the department received two anonymous tips that David Lee Livingston, 33, was coming to Clay County to carry out the death threats at the Clay County Courthouse Friday...
