One person was transported for medical attention after an accident in the vicinity of 68887 North State Road 59 shortly before 3 p.m., Monday. Although details are limited due to the ongoing crash investigation, officials confirmed the road was closed for approximately half an hour while members of the Clay County Sheriff's Department and Indiana State Police collected information and emergency response personnel from Posey Township Volunteer Fire Department, Clay County Search and Rescue and TransCare provided medical assistance to one unidentified person apparently involved in the crash. ...
