To the Editor: This is in response to the letter from John Weddle, who thinks people should still be allowed to smoke wherever and whenever they want. I wish Brazil had a no-smoking ordinance like Greencastle, Plainfield and Terre Haute. There are places here that I don't go because of the smoke. If people were still allowed to smoke anywhere, anytime, I would have to stay home 24/7...
