Bridge to reopen today

BOWLING GREEN -- On Thursday, the Indiana Department of Transportation announced the bridge over the Eel River on State Road 46, located west of Bowling Green, has been repaired and will open this morning at approximately 10 a.m. According to INDOT officials, George R. Harvey and Son, Inc., Danville, completed the work ahead of schedule, giving Clay County residents and all other motorists using the bridge an "early Christmas present."...
