My local library (Crawfordsville) has a cool book sale once a month. In the basement of the building you can go through stacks and stacks of books of all kinds. There are shelves full of magazines, children's books, books of fiction and non-fiction and everything in between. There is something for everyone. You are invited to select however many you want and pay what you can on a donation basis. I love to go when I can and will always find something I can read...

D. Maxine "Nene" (Tiefel) Ream, 92, Eminence, passed away on March 20, 2013, at her residence. Born on April 1, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Catherine (Brown) Tiefel, Clay City. She graduated from nurses training at Methodist in Indianapolis in 1942. She was a nursing veteran in the US Army Air Corp serving from 1943 to 1947 and retired from Navistar (International Harvester) in Indianapolis in 1983 as a factory nurse and later as a drug and alcohol counselor...
