INDOT announces resurfacing

The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announced Tuesday it would begin a resurfacing project on I-70 which will close the State Road 243 on-ramp to westbound I-70 beginning Thursday, May 30, from 6 a.m.-7 p.m., on the same day. The project will resurface the interstate from three miles west of SR 243 to just over one half of one mile west of US 231. The project was awarded to Rieth-Riley Construction for $7.2 million, and will be completed by the end of July...
