Court documents: Brazil man allegedly confined passengers during 2-county pursuit

Charges were filed last week against a Brazil man police say wouldn't let three passengers out of his vehicle as he led authorities on a two-county pursuit that included going the wrong way on U.S. 40. A water leak reported at around 7 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Harrison and Church streets has been fixed, city officials said.
