Woman faces drug charges after traffic stop

To the editor: Recently, there was an announcement in the paper from the city that they were no longer going to be picking up our brush and clippings, bagged or loose. Now what? I called the street dept. and a nice lady directed me to call Wallace Bro. I did so and was told that I would be charged $1 a bag, anything loose would be an additional charge based on how much loose brush I had. OK. But they won't pick up. I have to take it to them...
