Robertson retires from WVCF

ISTEP+ scores reveal positive growth among schools

Clay Community Schools saw an increase in its ISTEP+ passing percentage, according to scores recently released by the Indiana Department of Education. For the 2013-14 school year, IDOE reported that 74.7 percent of Indiana students passed the English and Language Arts and Mathematics ISTEP+ exams, a 1 percent increase from the 2012-13 performance. Clay County schools' passing rates were reported at 78.9 percent, more than four percentage points better than the state average...

Woman accused of stealing car, torching it to cover her tracks

A Brazil woman was arrested Thursday on allegations she stole a vehicle then set it on fire to cover her tracks. Tessa K.
