Two teens injured after car and dump truck collide

A Brazil teenager was injured Thursday after the car he was riding in collided with a dump truck on U.S. 40 east of Harmony. Matthew Rutledge, 18, was the passenger in a vehicle, driven by Austin W. Dean, 18, of Knightsville, that collided with the dump truck, according to the Indiana State Police report in the case.
