Myrtle Irene Blackwell, 94, passed away Sunday November 16, 2014 at Exceptional Living Center of Brazil with her family by her side. She was born in East Prairie, Missouri on April 29, 1920 to Charlie and Lula Brisentine. Myrtle was a seamstress, and was a member of the Assembly of God Way of the Cross.
