A Monday night police chase along rural roads near the Clay/Putnam County line ended with three arrests, including one of Clay County's most wanted individuals. That person, Tracey Burk, 45, of Brazil, was wanted in connection with a kidnapping, criminal confinement and battery case in Clay County and also had warrants in other jurisdictions.
