UPDATED: Access to U.S. 40 will be limited during next phase of project

Access to Brazil's main thoroughfare will be severely limited during the U.S. 40 project's next two phases. Construction, which is slated to begin Wednesday, will stretch from State Road 59 to State Road 340.
