If you read up on Christopher Columbus the report is he wasn't a very nice guy and that many believe he did not discover America or prove the earth was round. I suppose like anybody else famous there is controversy. We all probably could name his three ships...Nina, Pinta and Santa Maria, and one website I found indicated there is even some doubt as to the names of these ships and how many he actually had...
