Northview soccer teams open season at jamboree

Times Staff Report TERRE HAUTE -- Youth was definitely served on Saturday morning as the scrimmage weekend continued with boys and girls' soccer following Friday night's football exhibitions amongst the Vigo County Schools and Northview. Flash flood watch continues

A flash flood watch remains in effect for Clay County until 8 p.m. Tuesday. The National Weather Service issued a report Sunday afternoon that states additional rainfall of 2 to 5 inches with locally higher amounts is likely. "This may result in flash flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas as well as smaller creeks and streams," the report states.
