Another drop in funding forces senior group to ask city for money

Bob DeCamp of the Clay County Indiana Council on Aged and Aging, which operates the Senior Citizens Center in Brazil and the bus for seniors, is requesting $4,000 from the City of Brazil. He told the Brazil City County on Wednesday night he has never asked the city for money but two weeks ago he received notice from the West Central Indiana Economic Development District’s Area 7 Agency on Aging that they have been forced to reduce local funding from $12,000 to $8,000. ...
