YMCA now offering spinning class

The Clay County YMCA in Brazil has a class new to Clay County, said Lee Ann Hammond, an instructor in the spinning class. Nicole Fry, branch manager, said the YMCA recently received 15 spin bikes, which are one-wheel, stationary cycles. The riders follow the lead of the instructor as she puts them through their paces, pedaling slowly and then rapidly.
