Developer wants gravel road built

Developers want a gravel road built connecting South Murphy Avenue with the former Eutectics plant near Great Dane, an economic development specialist told the Clay County Redevelopment Commission on Wednesday. Partners who are attempting to sell the Eutectics plant have had three failed attempts to market the building that is only accessible by a county road, says Jim Coffenberry of Accelerate West Central Indiana Economic Development.
