Motorists who travel Pinckley Street from State Road 59 east to Murphy in Brazil might want to find an alternate route for the next few weeks. Crews are in the area working to retrofit/replace 21 of the Duke Energy electrical poles along the road. Not according to Clay County Public Health Nurse Kim Hyatt. “We have flu shots available,” said Hyatt, who advised there haven’t been very many flu cases so far in the area. “We’ve not really seen very many cases so far, the season usually peaks in this region during January and February.
