Duke Energy substation/closed road

Construction crews have been working at the Duke Energy substation near Church and Depot streets since earlier this year renovating and updating the site. A portion of Depot Street was closed on and off Tuesday to motorists while workers moved heavy equipment and a part of the new substation into place.
