Law enforcement continues to urge residents to be vigilant about vehicle thefts

As arrests continue for auto theft, local law enforcement agencies want the public to be aware of the problem. A car left running at a Brazil business parking lot on Dec. 20 was reported stolen but quickly located and returned to the owner. On Dec. 27, three more individuals (one in Brazil and two in the Coalmont area) were taken into custody and booked into the Clay County Justice Center on allegations of auto theft or receiving stolen auto parts...
