State and local health officials concurred Wednesday, releasing information that Clay County had 11 COVID-19 cases. A simple idea - a sign to recognize the hard work being done during the recent COVID-19 outbreak - is about to go national. “I think it’s wonderful,” said Brazil Mayor Brian Wyndham Wednesday afternoon about the new sign on the lawn at City Hall. “It’s going to bring awareness from the community to the effort being put forth by our local law enforcement and fire departments in response to COVID-19.
