Clay County Prosecutor Emily Clarke has concluded that when Keegan Galloway fired shots that claimed the life of Robert P. Blystone in February, he did so in self-defense. The Indiana State Health Department reports the number of COVID-19 cases in Clay County rose to 32 since over the weekend.
