County commissioners look to help businesses through IOCRA grants

Clay County Commissioners are considering applying for a grant from the Indiana Office of Community & Rural Affairs (IOCRA) to help local small businesses within Clay County that have been adversely affected by COVID-19. Commissioners are reaching out to businesses with 25 employees or fewer which have been negatively impacted during the period of September-November 2020.
