Law enforcement officials have confirmed the male suspect involved in a lethal shooting is in custody after the Indiana State Police SWAT team detained him. Teddy L. Gibson, Jr., 44, Indianapolis, was taken into custody shortly after 3 a.m. Sunday and booked into the Clay County Justice Center.
