A large crowd gathered at Craig Park Saturday for the annual American Legion Auxiliary’s Easter Egg Hunt and the Easter Bunny was the “center of attention” — making a grand entrance by arriving on a motorcycle. The bunny was happy to take pictures with everyone and provide a welcome hug. Children who were just learning to walk up to those up to 12 participated in their hunt for Easter Eggs, which had lots of prizes, and a bicycle was given away in each category. A raffle was also held among all the children, and a 32-inch HD television was given away to the lucky ticket drawn.

The Brazil Times’ Halloween 2020 Coloring Contest Winners were announced recently, and they stopped by the office to have their photos taken. First-place winners won $10, with second place winning $5. Eli Nauman (bottom right photo), 6, took second place in the 5-8 age category. Weston Vanatti (bottom left photo, pictured with sister Kallee), 3, took first place in the 0-4 age category. Nora Clodfelter, 9, took second place in the age 9 and up category, while Julia Clodfelter, 11, took first place, and Olivia Rosana, 8, took first place in the 5-8 age category (top photo).
