Indy man faces charges of child molesting locally

An Indianapolis man faces allegations of child molesting in Clay County. Joshua Wimmer, 36, faces a level 4 felony Child molesting, fondling, or touching a child under 14 years of age. The Clay County Prosecutor’s Office presented case information to Clay Circuit Court, which issued an arrest warrant for Wimmer on April 9. Gas leak at I-70 truck stop causes evacuation, fixed

When an awning fell during a construction project at the Pilot Travel Center Friday, it broke a gas line. Shortly before 10:30 a.m., first responders from Posey and Van Buren volunteer fire departments responded to the scene at 4376 North State Road 59 to help evacuate the area as a safety precaution.
