Eels fourth in autonomous car competition

Members of the Clay City Autonomous Vehicle Challenge team were (from left) Skylar Halfhill, Corbin Harden, Nate Moore, Ashton Schultz and Jackson Arthur. Team member Gage Barr was not present for the photo. The Eels recently placed fourth in the nation in their competition. Sponsors of the group were Scott Stucky and Ben Thomas. The competition was done online, and involved teams running their cars assembled from kids eight laps around a track — with the best time winning.
