School Board approves grant funding for more therapy dogs

Van Buren Elementary's therapy dog Journey was on hand at Thursday's School Board meeting when the board of trustees approved grant funding to appropriate six more dogs for use in the schools. Principal Gail Williams and Special Education Teacher Brooke Kraemer updated the board on Journey's involvement in the school.
