Active agenda for County Council

The monthly County Council began with the request of $30,000 by Sheriff Brison Swearingen. The additional appropriation is for gas, oil, and lube. Initially, they appropriated $60,000 for this need, but inflation has caused a need for more funds. It was also explained that the department had much more response from calls in the past year, and detectives are working diligently, even going to Indianapolis to procure items from the PDF theft.
